We have calibrated the Explorer to play at around 1000 Elo. That is the strength we are aiming for, and we are still fine-tuning it, so if it feels too hard or too easy we would genuinely like to hear about it. Tell us how it plays. In the meantime, we hope you enjoy exploring.
